We are currently experiencing some major issues with one of our 
core routers which is causing enormous amounts of packet loss 
to and from our network.

We have our network engineering team working on the issue right 
now, and things are definitely better but we are still 
experiencing some issues. We hope to have a resolution very 
shortly.
